1. Who We Are

Estelle Digital LLC dba Estelle Digital Designs (“we”, “us”) operates tools.estelledigitaldesigns.com and the marketing tools hosted there.

2. What We Collect

  • URLs you submit to our Tools, and the publicly accessible content we fetch from those URLs to generate analysis.
  • Contact information you voluntarily provide (e.g., email address when you request a report, book a consultation, or create a portal account).
  • Usage data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referrer, timestamps. Collected via cookies and analytics providers (PostHog, Vercel Analytics).
  • Marketing attribution: when you arrive from a campaign or referral, we record the source (UTM parameters, referring URL, and ad-platform click identifiers such as gclid and fbclid) so we can understand which channels bring people to our site. If you submit a form, this attribution is included with your submission so we can attribute the lead.

3. What We Do NOT Collect or Store

We do not store the full content of scanned websites on our servers. Scan results are generated on-demand and returned to your browser without persistence, unless you explicitly opt in to email yourself a report or create an account. We do not ask for, and request you do not submit, protected health information (PHI), Social Security numbers, payment card data, or similar sensitive personal data.

4. How We Use Information

  • to run the Tool you requested and return results;
  • to send you a report or respond to a consultation request you initiated;
  • to operate, secure, and improve the Tools (rate limiting, abuse prevention, aggregate analytics);
  • to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use submitted URLs or their contents to train machine-learning models.

5. Sharing

We share information only with:

  • Service providers acting on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database for account and lead data only), Resend (transactional email), Stripe (payments, if applicable), PostHog (analytics).
  • Legal authorities when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights and safety.
  • Acquirers in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to this Policy.

6. Cookies & Analytics

We use cookies and similar storage for three purposes:

  • Essential: authentication, session management, and your theme preference. These cannot be disabled without breaking core site functionality.
  • Analytics: we use PostHog and Vercel Analytics to understand which pages people visit, how features perform, and which marketing channels are working. PostHog uses local browser storage to remember a randomly generated visitor ID and your first- and last-touch attribution. We do not link this to your name or email unless you submit a form.
  • No advertising cookies. We do not run third-party ad-retargeting pixels on this site.

On your first visit you will see a brief notice acknowledging that we use analytics cookies. We honor the browser’s Do Not Track signal: if it is enabled, our analytics helpers skip event tracking. You can also disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may not function.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (California, Washington, EU, UK, etc.), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to certain processing. 8. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards (TLS in transit, encrypted storage at rest, least-privilege access controls). No system is perfectly secure; you submit information at your own risk.

9. Children

The Tools are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy. The “Effective” date above will reflect the most recent update.
